3001 Wine Yeast (8 grams)

This strain is specifically for Pinot Noir, especially when a cold soak will be used. It is a Burgundy isolate that will enhance complex and balanced Pinot Noir varietal characters.

You should use nutrients with this yeast, especially if you have 24+ Brit fruit.

It has an alcohol tolerance up to 17%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
