Omega Yeast's OYL-024 Belgian Ale A is one of the few highly flocculent Belgian Ale Strains. It is believed to have originated from a Wallonian Brewery whose reputation dwarfs the small village in which it is located. It is the perfect choice of a great Belgian house strain. It is not only brewery friendly but it crops easily and has a well-rounded flavor profile that consists of balanced fruitiness and phenolics. The esters increase with upward temperatures in this strain.
