Omega Yeast's OYL-218 All the Bretts is a blend of practically every Brett in Omega's collection. This is a continuously evolving blend that always contains at least 10 different Brett strains.

It is for use in the secondary and you should expect high attenuation as well as a fruity and funky complexity that will continue to develop over time.

Attenuation: 85%+

Optimal Temperature Range: 68-85F

Alcohol Tolerance: 11%
