Amarillo® (US) Whole Hops

With its ultra-high myrcene content these hops give a overwhelming orange citrus flavor. It is highly acidic but is used as an aroma hop.

It's a great choice in the following Beer Styles: American Pale Ale, IPA, American Wheat, Bitter, Wheat Beer, Red Ale, ESB

Alpha Acid %: 8-11%

Beta Acid %: 6-7%

 A good substitute for this hop would be Cascade (US), Centennial, Ahtanum, Chinook, or Summer.
