American Oak Chips - Medium Toast (4 oz)

These Medium Toast American Oak Chips are winery quality chips that are convection toasted to a Medium Level. Their large service area imparts oak flavor within 2 weeks! 

We recommend starting with 1 to 2 ounces per 5 gallons and tasting after 2 weeks and adding more if needed. It's always important to remember you can add more oak but its near impossible to take it out!
