Briess Ashburne Mild Ale Malt
Typically used in Mild Ales, Brown Ales, Belgian Ales and Barleywine, this malt can be used as a base malt or in high percentages as a specialty malt. It is slightly darker with a higher dextrin level than Pale Ale malt. It will lend a higher residual maltiness and mouthfeel as well.
