Aurum

Aurum is a German grown aroma hop with an alpha acid of 4-5.5% and a beta acid of 4-6%. It is sometimes referred to as Tettnanger Aurum.

Aurum is hoppy and fruity with spicy and floral aromas all underscored by some fruity notes. It features classic German Noble character full of herbaceous notes.

Aurum is a solid choice for your German Ales, German Lagers, Kolsch and Altbiers.
