Bayern Lager OYL-114


Omega Yeast's OYL-114 is thought to of come from Munich's oldest, traditional and vintage-vibed brewery. It is clean and crisp and will ferment well at a wide range of temperatures. It has good flocculation and has both low sulfur and low diacetyl production.

Attenuation: 72-76%

Optimal Temperature Range: 51-62F

Alcohol Tolerance: 9%
