British Ale V OYL-011

Omega Yeast's OYL-011 British Ale V is thought to be from a famous Manchester bitter maker. It is a good top cropper that has a lingering haze and residual sweetness. 

It pairs popularly with the signature look and huge, fruity hop profile of New England IPAs (NEIPAs).

You could also try Omega's DIPA OYL-052 for slightly less residual sweetness.
