BV7 Premium Wine Yeast
Mangrove Jack's BV7 is a strain that will enhance volume and intensity for full variety flavor expression. It is a moderate fermenting yeast that will promote good body and structure while still preserving and respecting the natural flavor and aroma characteristics of the grape itself.
This yeast will fully express the aroma of the grape or fruit being fermented and will create a wine with heightened aromatic qualities. These wines will be richly flavored and expressive, exhibiting a good mouthfeel, texture and palate intensity.
It is a fantastic multi-purpose strain that will work well in a wide variety of strains ranging from Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and even Cabernet Sauvignon.

Alcohol Tolerance: 14%
