Caramalt is a sweet, chewy and heavenly malt. It contributes golden-hued colour enhancement and flavour enrichment from its mild toffee notes in Lagers and Extra Pale Ales. Due to its low colour, it’s incredibly versatile and can be used to enhance almost any beer style that needs a little sweetness. This malt can easily be described as a chewy, sweet taste of Heaven.

Suggested Usage Levels: 5 to 20% will enhance color and flavor in Lagers, Golden Ales, Brown Ales, Wheat Beers and Bocks
