Caraway Seeds

Caraway Seeds work wonderfully in darker beers and have a peppery, pungent, anise like flavor. They really sparkle when added to a Rye beer. 

These are best added for a few days at the end of secondary fermentation for best flavor. Try starting with about 5 grams of toasted seeds.
