This gives the ideal finished thickness and sweetness to Cream Liqueurs. Add 250 mLs warm water to a large mixing jug. Add the contents very slowly while stirring thoroughly with a whisk. Add alcohol as indicated on the essence bottle and top up to 1.125 L (or 40 oz.) with water.
