Cristalline Plus (500 mg)

This Fining Agent clarifies white, rose adn fruit wines. It is a blend of Isinglass with a high positive charge. Simply dissolve .07g in 15 mL of water per gallon that you need to treat. Let the mixture swell for 3 hours then add to wine and mix well. Rack off the sediment in 8-10 days.

Ingredients: mixture of isinglass, citric acid and potassium metabisulfite
