Mangrove Jack's CY17 is a white wine strain that is a moderate fermentor. It is perfectly suited to making country style wines from fruits and flowers because this strains flavors and aromas are naturally enhanced. It will promote body and confer a rich and full, fruit and floral aromatic.
This yeast strain will contribute significantly to the wine aroma and help to develop complex tropical fruit and floral aromatic qualities. Wines made with this strain will have a full and well-rounded mouthfeel and body while exhibiting the same complexity of fruit and floral notes as present in the aroma.
It is a great choice for White wines, dry and sweet alike, and Rose wines.
