Dipa Ale OYL-052


Omega Yeast's OYL-052 DIPA Ale is a yeast strain that is popularly referred to as "Conan" because of its strong fermentation. It has peach, apricot and pineapple notes that are basically steroids for hops! It's flavors are strong complements to modern fruity hop profiles in particular. A diacetyl rest is suggested if fermented in the lower temperature range.

Optimal Temperature Range: 65-72F
