DV10 Wine Yeast (8 grams)

This strain is famous for its ability to ferment under stressful conditions, such as low pH, high total SO2 and in low temperatures. It will preserve the varietal fruit character while still adding roundness and volume to the finished wine.

It is a low H2S producer.

It has a high alcohol tolerance, up to 18%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
