Endeavour is a UK grown dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid range of 5-10.6% and a beta acid range of 3.8-5.3%.

It was bred in 2002 by Dr. Peter Darby at Why Hops in Kent, England and is known to be similar to Cascade but gentler.

Endeavour has a unique english flavor with notable citrus and red fruit flavors that include complex black currant, longaberry and spice notes. There is a wonderful grapefruit, lemon and lime flavor that also features woody aromatic flavors that combine with sewet fruit like watermelon and floral notes of chamomile. The citrus fruit and geramot notes combine with sweet and cream nuances of gingerbread and red berries which in conjunction with the floral fragrant essences and woody aromas of hay and woodruff create full bodied aromas.

It is a great choice for your Pale Ales, English Ales and Lagers.

Endeavour could possibly be substituted for Bramling Cross or Pilgrim.
