Do you like Foster's Lager? A brisk, refreshing lager. Golden color, with more flavor and body than the American-style pilsner beers. The malt extract we use is designed to give the beer a beautiful pale golden color, and hops from Australia and New Zealand give their characteristic flavor and aroma. This lager ferments well at a wide range of fermentation temperatures, thanks to the special "Tuborg" family yeast strain. Good results can be achieved at temperatures between 50 and 74 degrees, so a good comfortable room or basement is all you need.

 

 

All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons. You can choose from Malt Extract with Steeping Grains, Partial Mash, and All-Grain. You also can choose between Dry and Liquid Yeast. We recommend purchasing an ice pack for liquid yeast purchases that will be shipped.
