Evergreen™

Hop Solutions Evergreen™ Blend is a aroma hop blend produced in the USA by BSG. It has an alpha acid of 7-7.5% and a beta acid of 4.3-4.5%.

It has citrus, floral and fruit aromas with strong notes of peach and apricot as well as bright citrus (lemon candy, orange zest, and tangerine) and watermelon candy. There are green notes of fresh hay and pine needles on the secondary and there are tertiary notes of menthol, dank, geranium, herbs (basil, dill and thyme), cannabis and green tea.

Beer styles that Evergreen™ Blend works well in include IPAs, IPLs, Pale Ales, American Black Ales, and Barleywines.

Evergreen™ Blend is occasionally found as whole leaf hops.
