This jacket is designed to insulate your FermZilla during the colder months to keep your fermentation at the optimum temperature. It can also be used with a heating wrap to warm up the fermenter if the heat from fermentation isnt enough. It compeltely blocks any light/UV to help prevent light struck beers.
