Riverbend Great Chit Malt

Riverbend's Great Chit Malt was a style of malt that was originally developed to sidestep the Reinheitsgebot regulations in Germany. This highly under-modified malt can serve as a great substitute for raw grains and dextrin malts in your brew. You should expect improved head retention and mouthfeel in lagers and IPAs. It is created using a Southern grown 2-Row barley coupled with a brief germination stage and a gentle kilning regime.

Usage: 50-100%
