Harvest L17

Imperial Yeast's L17 Harvest is a lager yeast strain known and loved for its versatility. It combines good flocculation characteristics with low sulfur and low diacetyl. It would be a fantastic choice for a house lager strain.

The clean fermentations that L17 Harvest creates will produce amazing Bocks, Helles, Pilsners, Dunkles and just about any other lager style.

If you need a substitution we recommend Imperial L13 Global or L28 Urkel.

Flocculation: Medium

Attenuation: 70-74%

Optimal Fermentation Temperature: 50 - 60F

Alcohol Tolerance: 10%
