Izabella is a Polish grown aroma hop that has an alpha acid range of 4-7.6% and a beta acid range around 2.3%.
It features citrusy and fresh aromas with pine notes although the aromas can be slow to release and can take up to 3 weeks after brewing to reach their height.
Izabella can be used in just about every beer style.
