Lumberjack™

Lumberjack™ is a Candanian grown - specifically British Columbia (BC) - dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid range around 10.1% and a beta acid range around 3.5%. It is owned by BC Hops Company. This propreitary hop is predominantely bitter.

It features aromas and flavors expressed as notes of melon, sweet citrus and spices (clove and allspice) combined with a slight earthiness.
