Moutere™
Moutere™ is a New Zealand dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid range from 12.6 to 19.5% and a beta acid range of 7.3-10%. It can be used through all parts of the brewing process with much success. It was originally released under the name Brooklyn and has a Cultivar/Brand ID of HORT0605.
Moutere™ has intense tropical and fruity notes that allow dominant grapefruit and passionfruit notes to shine through, but it also has undertones of spry sweet hay, earthy baking spice and resinous pine. It is a big hop with high alpha acids.
It is a great choice for use in Fruit Beers, IPAs, and Sours.
