Riverbend Munich Rye

Riverbend's Munich Rye Malt is made from a North Carolina heirloom variety called Wrens Abruzzi Rye. This malt is kilned at higher temperatures throughout and delivers notes of pumpernickel bread, cardamon, and allspice.
