Odyssey Whiskey Malt uses the No-Glycosidic Nitrile (NO-GN) producing barley variety — Odyssey — assuring the “All Malt” Whiskey producer a product free of the carcinogen Ethyl Carbamate (EC). 

It features a traditional European malt profile with moderate enzyme activity, high level of fermentability and high PSY values. It is ideally suited for single malt whiskey but also perfect for Pilsners and light Lagers. It is Non/GN producing!

Up to 100% Complex malty and grainy flavors for beer or spirits

40% or more Convert adjuncts such as raw corn, rye and wheat for light lagers and specialty whiskey
