O'Malley's Irish - JY038
O'Malley's Irish yeast is a yeast that does not need a real introduction. It is crips and clean and can leave a slight note of diacetyl after fermentation has completed.
A little fruity when fermented warmer.
It originates from the biggest stout producer world-wide.
British Isles Style strains can be traced back to Great Brtiain and the Republic of Ireland. Great in British-style Ales, Irish-style Ales and Scottish-style ales, but they are really nice in American beers as well.
A perfect substition for White Labs WLP004 Irish Ale.
