Oregano Leaves

Oregano Leaves will leave a peppery and assertive flavor which can sometimes border on being bitter or even astringent, but is primarily reminiscent of grassy flavors with touches of mint. It can be added at any piont during the boil. 

It can work wonderfully in a funky take on a Pale Ale.
