Ingredient for providing the essential peat flavour in whisky production. Heavy/medium or light peating levels. 

Flavor: Peat, Smoke

Suggested Beer Styles: Any beer style where a slight smoke flavor is desired

Suggested Usage Levels: We recommend using a small amount up to 5% initially and increasing from there to reach your desired smoky level

Moisture: 5%

Extract % d.b.: 81.9

Lovibond: 1.3 to 1.7

Total Protein: 8.75 to 10.0

ST Ration: 40 to 44

Glucan in Wort (ppm): 150
