Peppermint Leaves

Peppermint Leaves are dried and produce a stronger mint flavor with more menthol taste. Mint flavor is always sweet and produces a lingering cooling effect on the tongue. The dried leaves are much less pronounced than fresh leaves, but will still leave a brightness. We highly recommend cold steeping them when using in your next batch of beer, like a chocolate peppermint mocha stout! Yum!
