This Fining Agent is used to treat and prevent browning in white juice or wine. It is a blend of PVPP, casein and cellulose.

To use: Mix in 20 times its weight in water. Allow to stand for 2 hours then add to wine container while mixing. Rack when settled or after 7 days. Use 1.1 g/gal of water.

Contains: PVPP, Caseine soluble, Cellulose content
