Poperinge Saison - JY056

Poperinge Saison is a strong and robust fermenter that attenuates your beer in record time.

It produces lime and lemon-like aromas with a light white pepper and spice notes. 

It is a good saison yeast that can be blended in finicky saisons and farmhouse ales. 

Simply it is a workhorse!

It is a STA-1 Positive strain.
