ProvOak

ProvOak is a USA grown aroma hop that has an alpha acid range around 3.5%. It is actually not a hop varietal but is a special blend that combines dry hopping with barrel aging.

It is a mixture of hops and wood in pellet form and is a proprietary blend of hops from Barth-Haas and US white oak.

It features aromas that are woody and hoppy.

ProvOak is a good choice for any beer style but particularly barrel-aged beer styles.
