R2 Wine Yeast


This strain will enhance the varietal character of your wine by enzymatic release of bound aroma precursors, meaning it is perfect for aromatic whites such as Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Chenin Blanc, Vidal and Seyval.

It will ferment down to 50 degrees F making it an ideal choice for Icewine. Use 1 gram per gallon.
