Rhone 4600 Wine Yeast (8 grams)

This strain is a fantastic choice for your next Viognier, Marsanne, Roussane or Chardonnay, with these styles it will place an emphasis on pear and pineapple. 

It's also a great choice for Rhone style Rose wines as it will create a strawberry focus. 

Regardless of style or varietal it creates great mouthfeel, has low nutrient needs and can ferment down to 56 degrees F.

It has an alcohol tolerance of 15%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
