Do you like Samuel Adam's Boston Lager? This recipe is our version of America's most famous microbrewed lager. Our version of Boston Lager is an authentic medium-bodied American-style lager with a malty flavor and plenty of hops, not "lite" in flavor and color like beers from the megabreweries. The signature for this beer is the imported European noble Saaz hops which are are added for flavor and aroma.

 

 

All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons. You can choose from Malt Extract with Steeping Grains, Partial Mash, and All-Grain. You also can choose between Dry and Liquid Yeast. We recommend purchasing an ice pack for liquid yeast purchases that will be shipped.
