Safety Saison - JY334

A new strain in Jasper Yeast's portfolio, this is a saison yeast without the diastatic activity feared by some brewers. It still has a high attenuation, and produces a nice spicy and estery character, especially at the higher temperature range. 

Jasper Yeast Packets are suitable for up to a 10 gallon batch with a single pitch with a starting gravity of >1.055. They contain at least 200 Billion yeast cells.
