Scottish Ale OYL-015

Omega Yeast's OYL-015 Scottish Ale yeast is thought to have originated from the famous Scottish brewer. It is a flocculent, versatile, and reliable house strain that will produce neutral to complex and malty profiles all within its fairly wide temperature range. Hop character is not muted by this strain and higher fermentation temperatures will bring out more esters. It is a better flocculator than Omega's West Coast Ale I OYL-004.
