This 4" Wall Coupling is for a Beer Coil Cooler with a 3/8" Bore, specifically Beer Jocky Boxes. It is the bridge to connect beer lines from the keg with the cooling coil sitting inside the Jockey box. 
It is made from Stainless Steel and makes it a great choice for reliable beer dispensing since it is corrosion resistant.
