Our dried Spearmint Leaves give off the expected mint flavor of sweetness matched by a lingering cool effect on the tongue, but it has a more delicate flavor and fragrance which equates to a subtler menthol effect and a milder cooling sensation. We highly recommend cold steeping them for use in your beer brewing, and using them at flame out or during secondary fermentation.
