This yeast uses a mix of yeast nutrients and dry distiller's yeast that are designed for rapid fermentation that create high alcohol content. It will ferment out 6 kg sugar in under 24 hours while producing terrific distillate quality. To maintain the fastest fermentation possbile, it's imporant that the water temperature at the start is correct and that only 6 kg of sugar is used to achieve maximum speed. Use of Turbo Carbon is suggested, as it will greatly improve Express Turbo’s performance.
