Sybilla
Sybilla is a Polish grown aroma hop that has an alpha acid range of 5-8% and a beta acid of 3-5%.
The aroma is dominated by flowers (lilacs) and fruit notes with clove accents. There are spicy herbal, woody flavors of fennel, hay, wood, tobacco and nutmeg mixed with citrus and sweet bananas. There can be strong flavors that reinforce the overall profile with touches of barrique and gingerbread, tobacco, hazelnut nougat and chocolate.
Sybilla is a good choice for your Belgian Beers and Pilsners.
You could possibly substitute Fuggle (UK) for Sybilla.
