T306 Wine Yeast

This strain is perfect for Pinot gris, Semillon, Chardonnay, or any other concentrated, fruit driven white. It will emphasize exotic fruits and lush pineapple. 

Barrel fermentation or lees aging is recommended with this yeast strain. It also needs nutrients due to its high nitrogen needs.

Use 1 gram per gallon.
