Turbinado Sugar

This sugar is partially refined so that it retains some of the original molasses, which will give it a subtle caramel flavor. It is sometimes referred to as Raw Sugar, but although it is marketed this way, it isn't truly raw. It can be used as a brewing adjunct with darker beers and in some Belgian Style Beers. The majority of it will ferment out which means it won't contribute much to the body of the beer, but it will affect the color of the beer due to its light brown hue.
