This recipe kit is one of our top ten best-sellers, with an inviting red-amber color with a rich white head. This recipe is stronger in every way than our regular amber ale kit. Our Ultimate Series recipes push the boundaries of the style. Ultimate Amber Ale is very popular with any group of beer drinkers; a medium-bodied beer with assertive hop characteristics and plenty of toasted malt and caramel malt flavor. This recipe uses a combination of British and American hops for flavor and aroma. Alcohol content is boosted without adding heavy body.
All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons. You can choose from Malt Extract with Steeping Grains, Partial Mash, and All-Grain. You also can choose between Dry and Liquid Yeast. We recommend purchasing an ice pack for liquid yeast purchases that will be shipped.
