Voss Kveik OYL-061


Omega Yeast's OYL-061 Voss Kveik is a traditional Norwegian kveik taken directly from the Gjernes farmstead. This strain has orange-citrus notes present throughout its wide temperature range and it is non-phenolic. It is relatively clean across fermentation temperature ranges and it will pair wonderfully with citrusy, fruity hops. The fermentation speed takes off at higher temperatures.

Attenuation: 75-82%

Optimal Temperature Range: 72-98F

Alcohol Tolerance: 12%
