Muntons Wheat DME

Muntons Wheat DME is a dry malt extract that is composed of 55% wheat and 45% malted barley. It will add extra body and richness. It will aid in head retention in normal beer styles.

It is especially useful when brewing Traditional Wheat Beer Styles, more specifically German Style Wheat Beers.
