Adeena®

Adeena® is a USA grown aroma hop with an alpha acid of 3.5-5.5% and a beta acid of 3-4.6%. It has a Cultivar/Brand ID of ADHA-1940 and is occasionally seen under that name.

It has herbal spicy flaovrs with light floral, lemon and pine notes. There is a low smooth bitterness that has a clean finish.

Adeena® works well in Lagers, Kolsch, and Ales.

It could be substituted with Hallertau Mittelfruh (GR), Hallertau (US) or Styrian Golding.
